Account Issues
I did not receive the email with my password in it, what can I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder, if it is not there it is possible your email provider has blocked it entirely, please use our Contact page to send us all the account details & we will respond asap.
I made a mistake when signing up, how can I change my username &/or Gender &/or email address?
Please use our Contact page to send us all the relevant details, we will fix it & respond asap.
How can I change account details other than the ones above?
Login to your account > In the top menu click on "My profile" > Just under the top menu you will now see a row of links related to editing your account information.
How do I delete my account?
Please email the request to: admin at pandorassecrets.com
For security purposes you must send the request using the email address that is in your account.
Site Issues
Why has my uploaded image disappeared?
All images uploaded to Pandoras are subject to review, we do not allow hardcore &/or explicit images, nor other images that we feel may be displeasing to many. Please do not be offended if your image is removed, it is our aim that Pandoras be an environment that most people will find comfortable.
Should you think an error has been made & wish to appeal the decision, please email the image/s to admin at pandorassecrets.com & we will either allow, or explain the reason for the original decision.
Why am I not featured as one of the "Cool New People" on the home page?
In order to feature in the Cool New People section you need to meet 3 criteria.
1/ Have an avatar that is specifically approved to appear on the home page, the criteria for home page approval of images is a lot more restrictive than that in the above FAQ for general site approval, generally we look for pictures that we feel many will find pleasing &/or interesting, we avoid images that we feel it likely a number of people may not like, we do not generally allow "head shots" even if your head is pleasing &/or interesting :)
2/ Have posted a fantasy that is at least 400 characters in length, if the fantasy has images the first image must meet home page approval standards.
3/ Be one of the most recent signups that meets the above 2 criteria.
Why doesn't the new fantasy I just posted appear on the home page?
In order for it to feature as a New Fantasy on the home page it needs to meet 2 criteria.
1/ Be at least 400 characters in length.
2/ Have at least one image, the first image must meet home page approval standards, meaning it needs to be an image that we feel most will find pleasing &/or interesting, we avoid images that we feel it likely a number of people may not like.
3/ "Featured" fantasies are selected by our team based upon above criteria & other criteria.
Do I retain copyrights to my posted fantasies?
Yes you do, but by posting them here you grant irrevocable permission for us to use them as well.
I do not want to receive messages asking me to upload photos for my fantasies!
In your profile mail preferences you can disable this feature.

We ask that you please refrain from posting anything with illegal acts, bestiality, underage participants, murder, or non consensual injury. This is not necessarily an exhaustive list, Pandoras staff moderate content at their discretion, if in doubt please ask staff before posting.
